DK's on the podium at Woodville

Subway Yamaha riders claim podium spots at Woodville

Darryll and Damian King finished second in the 125cc and MX 2 Grand Prix classes at Woodville over the weekend.

Rain was on the agenda over night and it made the track conditions slippery and challenging for everyone.

DK won the veterans class along with second place overall in the MX 2 Categorie and third place in the invitational feature race.

Damian King crashed heavily at the start of the first 125cc race and only managed to climb his way back to 6th place by the chequered flag. King won race 2 and ended up 2nd overall on the day in 125cc action.

The next team race is the Auckland Motocross Championships at Pukekohe in 6 weeks time.

Injured rider Hayden Clarke should make his return to racing at that event.
